Trent and Ella Enjoy Their Christmas Presents!
For Christmas, both kids got new bikes. Trent was ready to upgrade to an ADULT SMALL bike. Those legs may look just a bit to short for this bike now, but I guarantee that by this spring we will probably need to look at raising the seat. It's unbelievable how big he has gotten!
Ella wanted a "Big Girl" bike. Not a bike with 3 wheels...a bike that has 2 big wheels. I'm wondering how long it will be before she's asking us to take off those training wheels?!?!?

Gingerbread Houses in January
Building Gingerbread Houses has become a yearly event with the Wilson family for us. However, both families are so busy around Christmas that we don't get a chance to do them until sometime after the holidays. Last year we weren't able to get together until MARCH! This year we were able to get together within the first week of January. Here are a few pictures of the process.
Tubing in February
We went to West Virginia with some friends to "tube" for the first time. It was freezing cold but luckily we had all our good snow gear to keep us warm.
Trent and our friend Matt play around in the parking lot before we go inside the tubing park.
Ella and her best friend Kayleen from church.

Trent's "Family" Birthday Party
Trent's 9th Birthday
Trent celebrated his 9th birthday in January with a party at the YMCA. He was very excited about hi Harry Potter party with all his friends. Here are a couple of pictures from the party. Sorry they are not in the correct order.
Sorry, I'm not good at updating!
